25 ponds! Worked hard this week, but could have done better. Being off 5 days for the holiday weekend didn't help much, but I'm happy with 1 pound. I've started walking. I hope that will help. People I haven't seen in a while are telling me how I've lost weight and look great. It's the best feeling!
