I was doing the shred 5x a week, no extra cardio. I gave up on it and tried one of my cardio dvds the other day, I could barely make it through!! I think I'm to switch back to the transfirmer, that helped me lose 35lbs 2 years ago.
I have tried to log my food on the daily plate (better food database, sorry!) but I'm not consistent with it. I've lost about 30lbs in the last year, so I'm proud of that. I guess i just had higher hopes for the amazingly popular 'shred' dvd. Thanks for the advice!!
