I was doing really well - lots of exercise and healthy eating - and then I got sick - UGH! and it all went downhill fron there. Too fatigued to workout and not paying attention to eating. and then came Easter where I ate more candy/sweets than I have in months. Feel sick today from no exercise in 4 days and unhealthy food. Vowing to get back on the wagon today!!!!
