After around one week of a good "calorie program" and exercising at the same time, I lost more than one kg which is very good.

Calorie deficit was the key and the exercises accelerated the weight loss. I did have protein supplements and did modest bodyexercise plus HIIT cardio. Search it! Anyway, the basic is to sprint as much as you can and rest until you gain energy. Do it over and over and it is much more effective than 1 hour boring normal cardio! And it will burn more fat! You could research into this by looking at medical scientific articles in PubMed.

I did it, and you can too.
