I eat a pint of ice cream almost ever night. 57 pounds down in 7 months. Calorie deficit and little to no exercise do to chronic pain conditions. Doctors said I need surgery to lose weight. HA! Hypothyroid neuropathy fibromyalgia arthritis you can’t stop me. Proud of me and proud of all of you who are crushing it. Keep up the good work you got this!👊🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻❤️
