Wow, very happy with the drop in weight. All my extra steps are helping. I have been up at 5am the last two mornings doing a walk/run... the fact that i can run (even only for a little bit) is awesome!
Yesterday was a low cal day, ended up not having supper. Didn't really feel like eating, there is a lot of stress around at the moment, which normally drives me to eat, but not yesterday. Today is going to be a fairly low cal day, but a nice supper planned.
