Found that I am becoming food obsessed, not eating eat just thinking about it! Like many, I have been here before! I now the first week is easier because you have the determination, so I am recording that just now I am on a high so I can look back and remind myself of the positivity in coming weeks. I want to look good for Beth's communiun in May - this is the first mini goal for a fab looking me for 2014!
