Diario de zebdavison, 14 ene. 14

On paper, I have decent caloric deficits over the past four days, but I have gained 5 pounds in that time. Some is probably rebound/correction, but some of it is me not eating smart. I had to eat late last night to hit my protein macro, and I snacked a lot during the day. Also, my fat intake is down considerably on these days. Not sure how that figures in here...
