Hello, my loves! Hope all are well on this fine, gray morning! I’m just enjoying my morning ☕️ after my weekly weigh-in. 😊 Didn’t lose a lot but I take it! 🙌🏽 The scale is going down, like I said last week...”Slowly but surely!” So I tell you... for the past two weeks, I have been carb cycling, “IFing” for an average of 19 days, drinking so much AGUA 💦 I have no time to be stressed since I’m constantly in the bathroom 😳 & “moving”💃🏊🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️ 🚴🏽‍♀️🚶‍♀️everyday for at least 30 minutes but for no more than 1 hour. I’ve also had a few extra cocktail, binged on cakes and chocolate chip cookies & empanadas. Hey! Such it’s life! 😁 Life is going to happen & all I can do is fine-tune the hiccups as soon as I get a chance! It’s been an interesting journey so far! & as a journey, it will continue to be different each day! I think I can accept that it will be this day til the end. Still, life is great! May you all be safe, healthy & most important, HAPPY 😊 !
