Bah up 1/2 lb. I knew I shouldn't have had those PopCorners for dinner! But I did well the rest of the day, so no worries. It's still miles better than what I had been doing. :-)

Oh you don't wanna know! It's is such wonderful, crunchy goodness that's super-bad for you. It's a triangular shaped chip made of popcorn.. looks like a dorito, tastes like kettlecorn popcorn. mmmmm....

I have never seen those but I did have an addiction to Snapea crisps, they lure you in with "they are made from snapeas" so you would think, hey its good for me but its sooo not. Gawd them lil things were good (that should have tipped me off that they were bad)
