Diario de Benjamined, 15 may. 21

I don't understand. I added exercise this week. Yes, Friday was not a strong day; I ate much more than planned and didn't exercise. But Friday's workout was 1 day missed out of 5 days and I still ate less than I would usually consume (pre-May). Still didn't have any liquor, juice or soda. But for all my efforts this week (Mon - Thurs), I'm the same 296lb.
I don't understand it. Did the one day trash the 4 days before? I'm disappointed...in myself. 😢😟😕

I know I can overeat to the point of using up my deficit and have no loss for the week. Or, maybe the added exercise has caused inflammation, water retention, etc...As long as you are weighing/measuring your food just keep going, you will most likely see a loss soon!

Weight is a slippery slope...if I overeat or deviate from my usual meal plans, I see a temporary gain. That's why I only weigh myself twice a week. I get obsessed if I do it every day. My nutritionist would like it I threw my scale away..lol. It's about the end result and just keep that in mind. Measure yourself and use that as a guide as well. Keep going, you are on right track!👍
