I’ve been taking a break. I’m glad to see that since last weigh in, I’m within 5 lbs of my lowest recorded weight. It will be interesting as I’m on vacation today to Kauai and will not weigh myself for a week. We have a lot of walking tours and I am so curious how I will do.
