I just got back in the gym today
Going to try to go twice a day.
1 - morning (hopefully 2-3 miles)
1 - afternoon/evening (hopefully 2-3 miles)

Taking 5 hour energy drinks to put some pep in my step.

My son graduates June 1st. It's a pool party.

Good luck on the pool party! I know it will be a lot of work, both before and AFTER (with cleanup). Try to enjoy yourself a little and don't run around like a chicken with its head cut off.

lol be careful with those 2 and a half hour energies. I was using a generic called tweaker. that panax ginsing makes my BP go through the roof. and I'm all jittery. enjoy the gym time. that's my happy place.
