So after a difficult hormonal week I actually lost 3 of the 4 lbs that came from nowhere within 4 days. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't eat much and stayed below my RDI all week. Hopefully things are back to normal now. Still frustrating to see the weight go up but with good care I should see results soon
