Well I lost 1 pound this week. The only thing that I think keeps me from losing is the fact that I am adding Atkins Bars. Even though they are allowed, I don't think I should be ating them the first two weeks of induction and yes I have to drink more water. Maybe next week will be better.

just be careful which bars your eating, not all atkins bars are allowed in induction. Might help with weightloss, although a lb off is better than a lb on!
