Ok, this last week or so has not been mentally good for me. I am glad to see with my weigh in that I have not gained any but I know that if I am to make progress, I have to keep doing the work or there will be no results. My grandmother passed away just a week ago, I just found out that I have to have a surgery next week. I will keep solid this week up until surgery so hopefully I can get some progress. It's an everyday struggle for me to stay on track. When I do the work I make the progress. Just need to keep at it :) NEW DAY!
