Thanks Tamplyn. I'm sort of staying within 0.7kg-1.5kg up of this range. It seems to be my bodies current happy medium, so as long as I'm maintaining between 72.8-74 I feel comfortable with that. This has been the longest maintenance period I've had. Some days it's frustrating because I want to get below 70, but mostly I'm appreciative that I'm maintaining a weight that I haven't been since about 20 years ago.

I feel you Shereen - I have been in about the same weight range since January, and it just won't budge. I wish I could be like you and not get disheartened when I get on the scale like that, but working towards it. I am going hard this month (hoping for it to be a long term trend though) and hoping it will make some kind of difference
