Holy cow the sugar cravings today are insane, finding it difficult today with my kids eating all sorts of yummy stuff. Sticken to the protocol though. I know it's my bodies sugar addiction that is screaming at me and I will not allow myself to cheat. Thank God for stevia and coffee!
