Diario de DanaDowning, 04 may. 09

Week 2 of WW starting today. I am going to exercise my butt off this week. I would like to lose a few pounds because we are going to take a little vacation Memorial Day weekend to Panama City Beach! Going to have some fun with the kids!
Craved and ate junk all weekend but still lost 2 pounds (wont get use to those results to often lol).

How is everyone doing? HAPPY MONDAY!!!

1223 kcal Grasa: 51,27g | Prot: 56,16g | Carbh: 137,10g.   Desayuno: Granulated Splenda, banana, Milk (Nonfat), half and half, coffee, water, multi grain cheerios. Almuerzo: water, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Strawberry, mustard, mayo, baked sliced ham great value, natures own light honey wheat, Thick and Chunky Salsa - Mild, tostitos resturant style. Cena: Cooked Collards (from Fresh), red potatoe, Light Margarine, Premium Romaine, light ranch great value, pork loin chop. Pasa Bocas / Otros: Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Strawberry, popsicle. más...

I dont know how it happened! It might have been water weight. Who knows. I just know i am going to behave this week because i cant expect it again..lol

May is a new month, so let's all put April behind us and start fresh. I have been up and down all month. Ate ok this weekend, but not like I should have being a family reunion and then coming home to in-laws visiting. I lost 1 pound. I was happy too. Mine is TOM so I know mine is all water related. This week, fresh start and hopefully May will have better scale movement for me!!!

How are you liking WW. I can't remember you were Atkins before, correct. I really like the WW plan. I have been bad about not journaling my foods, so that is another goal I need to add for this Month. I attemped FatSmash a few weeks ok, but really couldn't stick with it. Too many out of control events. With WW, you can manage those types of things more than I could with Fatsmash, even though FatSmash worked for me really well in 2006. This time around, I have gone back to WW.

Jana- I was doing Atkins, you are correct. In July 07 to December 07 i went from 295lbs to 210lbs on Atkins. Then got pregnant in March 08 and after baby was born was left with an extra 40 pounds. Now, Atkins does not seem to be working for me its hard to stick with this go round. My 24 year old husband has high blood pressure and my 5 year old son is slightly over weight so i figured WW would be healthy and help all of us. I know Atkins can not be good for a 5 year old! So here i am, back for more WW!
