So, the number on the scale does not surprise me. However, I'd be lying if I said I weren't disappointed. I was still hoping to go down to 234. Well, I get what I earn right? Hopefully my inches will show some improvement. I am seeing some difference in the way some things are fitting. I really let my husband talk me out of eating well. I shouldn't let him do that. Don't worry, he isn't always like that. I think he was just consoling me because I was so disappointed about how bad I was already doing.
I think I did a great job today! I'm just over 1300 cals. SOOOO much better than yesterday.
