Food is my biggest obstacle in my diet. I don't have a problem staying active, working out...that type of stuff but when I get some french fries with ranch dressing in my face I have a hard time saying "NO." And then I don't know when to quit.
I've started using the "Diet Calendar" located on the upper right hand side of your screen. Hit "Enter Food" and you can load all of the food you ate that day. I'm trying to keep my food around 1,200 calories a day. You can also record your exercise so you know how many calories you've burned.
This is a very cool website with tracking, cook books, challenges, and food/exercise tracking. A very good tool to have when dieting!
