3 more days to go at maintenance. Weight looks very stable. I have my quad shot of esspresso in hand and life is good. Should I start a post for all the people out there who drink quad shots? Come on! I see a lot of fellow musicians on this site.
-34 C this morning. I think I'll stay in. It's not to be trifled with. I remember a few years ago one of the communities up here hit -40 They sent the work crews around to bury peoples fuel oil barrels with snow so the oil would flow. It was warmer with buried in snow than in the open air. It's a crazy world.

Great to have your weight stable - Not as easy as it seems, is it? As for coffee, I don't do quad shots but I make up in volume what I lack in strength :).

Don't drink coffee anymore, stopped 22 years ago when pregnant with my middle child. Just couldn't handle the taste and smell of it. Plus, when I worked graveyard and swing shift for so many years, I found that I drank it whether I wanted/needed it or not. 3-4 pots a day is not healthy. Also the same time I quit smoking.
