Short version of the story: 2 years ago-lost 40 lbs. 1 yr later- gained back 20+. 8 months later- back down about 24 lbs. from original weight
Don’t HAVE TO lose another 26 lbs like my goal suggests but I DO need to lose within a range of 5-25 to be in my normal BMI ish range.
