Monday morning I was at my start weight! And I felt like going shopping for huge Black Forest gateau and double cream but I didn't.
So I've been careful for three days and this morning after usual light breakfast I was between 175-176 but my WW scales are so unreliable I can't be really precise.

Three weeks ago I bought a gorgeous skirt but didn't try on in shop as it measured OK but when I got home it in lots tight around my waist so I have to keep at this diet until this skirt fits nicely.

79,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
