Well that's weight's a bit of a surprise. I'm supposed to be at maintenance calories, and my weight keeps dropping. This week and a half at what I thought was maintenance has been quite revealing and has me looking back over the past couple of months finding some surprising things. I'll explain it in the Health By the Numbers group forums. It will show up here as well. One more day at maintenance. Tomorrow I begin my lean bulk. :)

Thanks to mrsmole, we have discovered that the Canadian Version of FS allows us to use all the features that have been denied us on the American Version. The resulting chatter is out of my control - LOL
