Finally got to a scale. 140lbs even. This is again, after breakfast, some water, and with wet hair. Lol. Ok, enough excuses. I'm really glad that I haven't gained any, but I'm a little disappointed that I could have had a loss. Oh well. I'm going to the gym later today, and when I sent Mark to the grocery store I told him "don't get anything I wouldn't get." He pouted. Lol.

63,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,0 kg. Aún para ir: 0,9 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Lol Cindy. I do have really long hair now. And it's thick. So... I would NOT be surprised if it held a few pounds of water. But, I am not too disappointed w/ 140. At least I didn't gain. Oh, and right now I'm working on some before and after pics. Woot.

Have you looked at your pics as far as before/after yet? I kind of freaked out when I saw my before pic a week or two ago. You see yourself in the mirror everyday, so you don't really have a chance to notice all the differences that are happening, but once you break out the photo album... BAM!
