woo hoo!!!! Good job sweetie, and I totally agree with you. I am also happy for ANY weight loss... Even staying the same. Anything besides a gain makes my day! (Im fearing my weigh in tomorrow. I didnt check it for a few days and have been seriously messing up yesterday since I was -still am- furiously mad at hubby which always triggers my emotional overeating.... Ughhhh why cant I learn to channel my frustration into something positive like working out instead of food.... Thats something I need to work on! )
