😯🙀😯 It kinda doesn’t feel real. I still feel like I’m trying pretty hard to stay strict about my new way of eating and trying to be good about swimming. I still worry I’ll backslide and while I’m just starting to do these things out of habit and kinda desire, I know there’s still a part of me that wants to eat EVERYTHING! So seeing this I guess kind helps me start to get grounded with this new lifestyle.
