Today's weigh-in is an aberration. When I weighed, I had already eaten a little bit and drank a lot, and hadn't taken care of business, due to an early morning conference call. Compounding that, I had to slam a lot of protein late last night, so I'm all out of whack. Good news is I hit my macros pretty good yesterday, had a solid deficit, and my waist measurement is unchanged from yesterday. All that out... weighs the weight measurement (sorry).
Today will be a challenge, food-wise. Nuggets game tonight (club-level seats! free!) means I'm either eating well before or after, or, at the game. Not sure what good food I can find at the Pepsi Center - there is a very restaurant, I'm told, in the arena, but I don't want to do that - takes away from the game.
Today was the first different weight with the new Beurer scale. Interesting results: body fat up, water weight and lean mass down. No complaints on the scale!
