Okay all I can say is AWESOME!! The scale at the gym said the same thing at the exercise physiology appointment. I've lost 6 pounds.. I did make an oops though. I was at 342 on the 14th not 341 but that's okay I still lost weight. I feel amazing! I have reached my first goal lost 2 pounds over then I set. :) I guess my sister was right when you add in exercise with eating healthy and cut out all bad then you will lose. Way worth cutting out flours, breads, cheese, sugar (except the natural that's in food) and the biggest one wine, beer and liquor! There is a huge difference in cutting all of that out. I love my cheese and wine but my health is so much more important to me now.

I"m on low carb, high fat. So no flour, bread, rice, starches like potato, corn, but I am allowed cheese up to 4 ounces a day. I love it. And I eat to my BMR, not above it. But yes, wine is a no, no. You're doing great! Keep going.

I can have cheese as well. All the recipes on my nutritionist website she has added cheese to all her meals. I've used 3 of her recipes but have left the cheese out. My boyfriend doesn't eat it so it's really easy not to get it plus it saves money. I can't believe how much cheese has gone up over the years.

I still eat cheese here and there, especially with an apple, but I now despise sugar and alcohol. So glad you're doing so well. Keep it up!
