I can’t believe i was a size 40 just 8 months back and now i wear size 36 😊. I didn’t think i could get this far as i’ve tried a lot of diets since last year to lose weight but would gain it back few weeks after completing the challenge which would frustrate me a lot until this year at the begging of June when i decided to be on calorie deficit, which allows me to eat all the food i want and still losing weight. I haven’t reached my weight goal which is 70kg but it feels good fitting in my old clothes i used to wear in 2019 😊
