Good morning all! It’s a beautiful, sunny day with lots of possibilities. I will be working towards my weight loss goal despite the fact that I’m in a steady holding pattern. I’ve increased my exercises and walk more, yet, no change. Eating healthier, increased water intake, watching carbs - thanks to FS, and getting in at least six hours sleep.
