wow after the last 2 weeks I've had I really didnt expect to see a drop let alone a 1lb drop!
I did my happy dance and funnily enough it has pushed me to keep going rather than giving up.
Today it I reminded me to make better food choices and certainly I have :)
so with Easter looming and chocolate eggs everywhere I plan to keep to the plan and head towards my goal full speed ahead.
Been off my drops for 2 weeks now - Monday I will resume them and hope to continue to see the decline in my weight

62,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
