small increase from a few birthday celebration meals leading up the the main event yesterday but I'm not touching that 74 number again which is awesome... hope I've shaken it off now....
spent the day with my hairdresser. got a new shade of blonde and some unicorn colours. ate a chocolate doughnut and some tuna sushi and had a delicious candlelight braai made by husband, ambiance provided by Eskom. 😉
3 years ago I wanted to be fit at forty. I'm 39, and I can say that goal is achieved. I'm healthy. I still have weird thoughts around food, but I'm working on that. I binge less and I'm so strong and my thighs are looking great (never thought I'd say that). I am fitter than I've ever been. I'm so glad I made the change because I couldn't imagine still being that chunky, lazy, and inwardly depressed but outwardly happy person today. I've worked hard. losing and keeping off 25+- kgs isn't easy. you have to really want to make some deep changes and not all months go according to plan. that's life. but if you want it badly enough you'll find a way to prioritize yourself over the chaos around you.
