You can do it! If you plan to 'pig out' skip breakfast and lunch. I have days when i want to eat out and that is more calories and not enough fat. So I skip breakfast, lunch. Eat fats before or after I go out and I have not sabotaged my day. It a good way to have what you want while staying on tract!
