Wow, at your current weight, you should be able to eat a lot more and lose. What kinds of food are you eating. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Protein and high fiber foods help us fat better than any other food groups. Try zig zagging calories for a a few weeks (up and down) to help get your metabolism going again. It might also be good to get your thyroid checked. Take a multivitamin because you can't get the nutrients your body needs on the calories you are eating.
