I'm happy the scale is down. It is hard to stay diligent and focused on eating healthy when other things in life are consuming attention and stress. It has been an emotionally trying past several weeks and my health and fitness goals have NOT been my priority like they should. I have been pushing through and have not totally put my "diet" on the back burner.

I have continued my half marathon training which included a 9 mile run on Saturday, my longest run to date. I missed a 6 mile run last week due to work and other "priorities".

I will continue on....I am 3 pounds away from my first goal weight.
