Worked out yesterday but forgot to login. Used the Bowflex Xceed. Had appointments in a town an hour away from where I live, so didn't get to workout this morning. Hoping to get at least a little bit of cardio in tonight.

****UPDATE***....Yes! I did manage a workout this evening! Yay!

-Fat Cals: 67.3
62,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
