Diario de Keirstyn2, 06 ene. 22

Welp.. here we go, starting AGAIN. I took a break from working out and counting calories because my mental health was declining. Bad. But I got some help and am on antidepressants and talking to a therapist. I have a long road ahead but I feel like I am in a place where I can start to focus on my physical health again. I also had surgery in November, so I have been extremely lazy for a few months now. But ive gone to the gym 3 times this week and now need to be better about my eating habits. I'm excited to be back on my weightloss journey! :)

One day at a time. I have mental health issues too but my advice to you is don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re amazing!!

I find the best thing that cheers me up is finding exercise vids to my favorite songs on YouTube. It's so much fun to feel like I'm dancing around and it makes me forget that I had a bad day. My favorite vids are the ones by "Live, Love, Party." They do all kinds of fun songs and fun moves for the beginner to the advanced.
