Diario de khidber, 19 ene. 22

Well, I hit 170lbs. However, it's not as I would have hoped. Referring to my last entry, I did start going to the gym 4-5 days a week and tracking what i was eating. However after a couple months I broke 3 ribs and promptly stopped exercising. Since then I've been very off track, not working out and not eating properly. However today is my first day back in the gym and I hope to make a change from here on forward with set goals in mind.
