Diario de DrPuppers, 24 ene. 22

Had some sugar this weekend (travelling and did not do a good job planning meals around that), but overall have not bounced my weight back up so doing pretty good. Also I think I did OK previously when I had some heavier eating days. Supper tonight and then fasting until Wed am- will see if that gets me going down.
85,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 23,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
