Yesterday turned out to be one of those days from hell!

Thankfully, I muscled through and got some short, but qualitative rest at the end.

It made for a much needed routine today, so as to punch-out the residue of those negative, energy absorbing thoughts which eroded my mindset for the majority of the day.

I sure am glad it's new day.
