4k clean is miserable. I did 4500 yesterday with little Debbie. but wouldn't want to maintain that every day. I thought 3k maintenance for me was rough. your super active.

Yea, I workout 8-10hrs a week (that's my personal sessions, and grp sessions with classes I teach) plus what I do with my rehab patients lol I can eat enough to keep up with what I burn
