Didn't log in yesterday, but did a short workout on the Bowflex Xceed. Got 2 workouts in today. Not too happy with my weight, but gotta keep trying. GOAL this week is to get down to 135lbs. and NO SWEETS (except for lactation bars).
**MORNING WORKOUT** Bowflex Xceed (only about 15min.) -Overhead Forward Press 2 x 15 (100lb. total) -Overhead Backward Press 2 x 15 (100lb. total) -Bicep Curls 2 x 15 (30lb. ea/side) -Chair Lunges 2 x 20 (no weights) -Hamstring Curls 2 x 15 (35lb. ea/side) Scissor Crunches 2 x 20
