I had forgotten my login to the account when i changed phones back in July. Since then I have switched positions at my job. i no longer work the paint department at lowes. I am now a flooring sales specialist. I want to get myself back on track, so if anyone can give me recommendations on healthy foods to try, please do so. I just recently got confirmation that I have type 2 diabetes. Low sugar meals with subsitution of steevia and limiting the bread intake hopefully will make a difference
