I've been doing GREAT, feeling great and high on life!!! Love Atkins and can't believe I let myself go and gain more weight then I lost to begin with in 2003ish, however, I am back on track and doing much better and in it for the long haul of life now, start date September 27 and still going strong...could of lost more weight I know...but wouldn't be sustainable as I know I like my treats so this way is realistic for me and it's working :) as long as I am losing I am happy! I've gained and lost and such but not let myself go far off track :) So if you have a bad meal, day or item don't knock yourself hard and think you've lost it as you haven't! Just remember the next thing you put in your mouth needs to be the RIGHT foods for your body! You are the only one that dictates your life :) Thanks everyone for sharing your journey, I check in here a lot!!!

Good words of advice as I know I had a bad day yesterday. I've been gaining since TOM and it just got the best of me so I ate a lot of sweet things. Still kind of ticked off at myself-I don't know how to let go and forgive very well and food is a double edged sword; I reward (eating healthy and seeing the pounds come off) or torture myself with it. I am so much of an emotional eater and find myself angry and depressed too much so- then comes the food. I was doing so well until TOM too and started working out to P90x only to see numbers go up. Oh well- gotta get this mind straight. Major congrats on all of your weight lost so far!
