It's been awhile, I gained weight. I have had the hardest time maintaining my weight since my thyroid was removed. Any suggestions.
66,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I don't know a lot about thyroid problems. I have heard that low carb helps (I assume you are taking some medication to help). I think Dr. Oz has a diet that helps with weight loss and thyroid problems (you can google). I know exercise can really help too. If you can afford it, a nutritionist might be able to start you in the right direction. You can also do some googling and find sites with others with the same problems and see what they say. I am sure there are sites to help and give you information. You just have to peruse through it and take what will work for you as an individual. I think in the end, its about getting the right balance of medication, diet and exercise. Good luck!
