A friend on here told me to take my lowest weight of the week and count that. I especially like that because I have issues with both constipation and water retention. I like this because the lowest weight of the week negates both my issues on a weekly basis. Week after week, my weight goes down from the "lowest", so his idea seems to be working. It's the other 26 weigh-ins I have to learn to ignore!
