I ate rather well yesterday, but I didn't exercise. I think I've been overdoing it, so I wanted to give my body a brief day for my calves to recover. Even without the exercising, I went from 241 down to 239.8 :)
I also had the 2nd glucose tolerance test...When I took it back in mid-December, my glucose levels (fasting, then after ingesting a glucose solution at 30, 60 and 120 minute intervals) were 102, 125, 140, 110....Far below diabetic levels, but not perfect...This time they were 94, 109, 80, 54 :) Yes, the 54 at the end is quite low, but remember I had to fast for 12 hours before the test...The nurse said the numbers were pretty much perfect :)
