Diario de Taralynnmack, 26 feb. 22

After hitting my goal and dropping even slightly below back in the fall I have since gained 10 pounds. I need to find a better maintenance plan :/
70,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

That’s a common phenomenon with weight loss. I am struggling with the same thing. I have read that an “easy” method for weight maintenance is to multiply the desired weight (in pounds) by 8, which gives your daily calorie allotment. So if your desired weight is 150 pounds, your daily calorie intake should be 1200. Seems a little low to me - but then again maybe that’s why I’m struggling! - just a suggestion

Thank you for this tip!! I would like to ensure I don't yoyo but cannot seem to strike a good balance. I had not heard of the x8 so will do a bit of digging. Thanks again!
